Over 6 months ago, I was searching for a new property management agent for my house. After meeting with 4 different agents in the area I chose to work with Anita and Jason and this has proven to be a great decision! Anita went additional steps to ensure that the transition from previous agent was seamless so this wouldn't cause extra stress to me. They are great communicators with deep knowledge of the local community. Any maintenance required always acted upon quickly. Most importantly, Jason personally does the house inspection so that he knows what is going on with my house. I highly recommend you speaking with Anita and Jason first before you decide on your property management agent.

Anita was consistently pleasant and courteous to deal with. There had been a few unforeseen issues with the house during our tenancy period, and Anita responded promptly to emails and arranged for the appropriate tradespeople to attend to the issues. Anita's communication regarding this has always been very clear, professional and efficient, along with advice of regular inspection dates, which we really appreciated. We would be more than happy to rent a property again with Anita if the opportunity arose.
