Thanks a lot to Jason from Orbit Property for being so helpful throughout the journey of our new house, right from land purchase to final handover. This is the first time we had purchased a block of land and built a house. So, we had lots of questions and needed a fair bit of help with the process and Jason was always available to help. No question was small for Jason. He always answered it in a polite and friendly way. He was always happy to provide guidance when required. I had always hesitated from building a house because the whole process appeared so stressful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Jason and his team in Orbit Property. Jason has been helpful from start to end. There’s no such thing as a silly question and all questions were answered in a timely, professional and friendly manner. The thought of going through the whole process of purchasing our first home was really daunting, but with Jason’s guidance and assistance, everything went smooth. From presenting the plans, to helping complete our First Homeowner Grant application, from contract details to going out of his way to help us find a good broker and from all the update photos of the construction to handover, Jason has always been there for us. My family and I are truly blessed to meet Jason and the Orbit team, we are also blessed to now call him a friend.Orbit’s deposit scheme has helped not just us, but a lot of other families get their finance approved. My family and I rented a house through Orbit Property (previously Emporium Property Management) from December 9, 2011 to February 2, 2017, and were looked after by Anita Genrich. Anita was consistently pleasant and courteous to deal with. There had been a few unforeseen issues with the house during our tenancy period, and Anita responded promptly to emails and arranged for the appropriate tradespeople to attend to the issues. Anita's communication regarding this has always been very clear, professional and efficient, along with advice of regular inspection dates, which we really appreciated. We would be more than happy to rent a property again with Anita if the opportunity arose.

Our rental property was listed with another real estate agent for almost 6 weeks, we received minimal inspections, terrible service and as this was our first experience the situation was even more stressful.
