My family and I rented a house through Orbit Property (previously Emporium Property Management) from December 9, 2011 to February 2, 2017, and were looked after by Anita Genrich. Anita was consistently pleasant and courteous to deal with. There had been a few unforeseen issues with the house during our tenancy period, and Anita responded promptly to emails and arranged for the appropriate tradespeople to attend to the issues. Anita's communication regarding this has always been very clear, professional and efficient, along with advice of regular inspection dates, which we really appreciated.
