There’s no such thing as a silly question and all questions were answered in a timely, professional and friendly manner. The thought of going through the whole process of purchasing our first home was really daunting, but with Jason’s guidance and assistance, everything went smooth. My family and I rented a house through Orbit Property (previously Emporium Property Management) from December 9, 2011 to February 2, 2017, and were looked after by Anita Genrich. Anita was consistently pleasant and courteous to deal with. There had been a few unforeseen issues with the house during our tenancy period, and Anita responded promptly to emails and arranged for the appropriate tradespeople to attend to the issues. Anita's communication regarding this has always been very clear, professional and efficient, along with advice of regular inspection dates, which we really appreciated. We would be more than happy to rent a property again with Anita if the opportunity arose.
